7822 Overhaul Continues at Tyseley!

7822's overhaul is continuing at Tyseley, the boiler has now been removed (December 2024) and the exploratory work into the state of the boiler can begin. Martin and the team have a plan, but obviously until the boiler is fully inspected, we have to wait and work out the best way forward, we ask for you to cross your fingers as old machines like steam locomotives always have an element of the unknown.
