Gift Aid declaration confirmation

I want Foxcote Manor Society to claim Gift Aid on this eligible payment and, if I choose recurring support, on future eligible payments made under that instruction.

I confirm that I am a UK taxpayer and have paid, or will pay, enough Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year (6 April to 5 April) to cover the Gift Aid claimed on all my donations to charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) in that tax year.

I understand that the charity will reclaim 25p of tax for every £1 that I donate through Gift Aid.

I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in the tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference to HMRC.

If this declaration applies to a recurring donation, I agree to notify the charity if my circumstances change and I no longer pay sufficient Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax to support Gift Aid claims on my donations. This includes ceasing to be a UK taxpayer.

By selecting Gift Aid, you agree that we may use and store your personal information for the purpose of making Gift Aid claims and fulfilling our reporting obligations to HMRC.

If my home address is outside the United Kingdom, this declaration records me as a non-UK donor. For an address in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, the Gift Aid declaration excludes the postcode.
